Design Consultation / Tasting
Charges include a bespoke design service.
All cakes are made to order. We can either design something new or you can choose a design from the portfolio. Designs from the portfolio can be adapted to match or complement your chosen colour scheme.
There is no extra charge for creating a new design from your ideas.
Consultations are for a maximum of two people and are by appointment only.

Individual tasting samples of our cakes are provided at consultation, free of charge.
Additional samples can be made available for you to take home with prior notice.
If you don't require a consultation, but would like to sample the cake flavours we are happy to mail cake samples to you - free of charge.
Collection / Delivery
Most of our customers prefer their cake to be delivered and set-up at the reception venue.
We deliver in a wide area covering, Chiddingfold, Cobham, Dorking, Epsom, Esher, Ewell, Hampton Court, Kingston, Richmond and Weybridge.
Delivery charges will be quoted at the time of order (£25 within 10 mile radius of Epsom). For more information on delivery charges please contact us.
We will liaise directly with your venue regarding timings and set up.
Alternatively, all cakes can be collected from our Surrey studio up to 24hrs before the date of your event.
Please note that if the cake is collected, the full responsibility for the safety of the cake is with the customer and Daisy Chain will not be responsible for any damage to the cake that may occur after it has left the studio.
In exceptional circumstances we may be unable to deliver your cake due to adverse or freak weather conditions such as snow and floods, these conditions may make your venue inaccessible. We strongly recommend that you purchase wedding insurance to cover yourselves for this eventuality
Lead Times
We ask for six months notice for fruit cake (to allow time for the cake to mature) and three months for sponge cakes however we can occasionally work to shorter notice.
Payment
To confirm your order, we require a non-refundable 50% deposit. The balance is due two weeks prior to delivery or collection of the cake. We accept payment by cheque, cash or electronic transfer.
Cancellation Policy
If production of your cake has commenced, you may be charged for any components already made.
